Dear Parents and Participants,
Thank you for your support and interest in the 2026 Children & Youth Art Competition. After careful consideration, and due to lower-than-expected participation this year, we have decided to cancel the competition in order to maintain the quality and fairness of the event.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
For those who have completed registration and payment, please email to dccc.iris@gmail.com by March 10 to indicate your preferred refund method so we may proceed accordingly. If we do not receive your response by March 10, your refund will be placed on hold and must be requested at a later time.
In-Person Refund
You may visit our center for a full cash refund. As a token of appreciation, each registered participant will also receive a Year of the Horse lucky doll.
