The Dallas Chinese Community Center (DCCC) invites you to participate in our FREE colorectal cancer screening program. A simple at-home FIT screening can help you take an important step toward protecting your health and the health of your loved ones.
After registration, participants can pick up a free FIT screening kit at DCCC from October 1–8, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM, and complete the test at home. Return your completed sample to DCCC on Friday, October 9.
Participants can return on Saturday, October 10, from 2:30–3:00 PM to receive their screening results, follow-up support, and health education information. Those who complete all required steps and agree to follow-up will receive a $5 gift card.
