About the seminar
Building on the great success and positive feedback from last year’s seminar, DCCC is thrilled to welcome back Dr. Alice Chen for another highly anticipated health seminar! Based on our recent community survey, this year’s session will focus on memory, aging, and cognitive wellness.
Dr. Chen will discuss how to distinguish normal age-related forgetfulness from warning signs of cognitive decline, explain Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), and review how physicians evaluate memory concerns. She will also share common reversible causes of memory problems, practical strategies to support brain health after age 50, guidance for family members on what to watch for, and how to avoid common myths and misleading brain-health supplements.
This seminar is especially helpful for adults aged 50 and older, family members, caregivers, and anyone interested in maintaining lifelong brain vitality. The seminar will be presented in Mandarin, with Q&A available in both Mandarin and English. Seats are limited, so please register in advance.
