DCCC will host a hybrid seminar (both in-person and online) for caregivers of Dementia patients. Dr. Ling Xu, an Associate Professor and Dr. Kathy Lee, an Assistant Professor from the University of Texas at Arlington School of Social Work will present information and resources that help people with Alzheimer’s Disease of dementia and their family caregivers.
Dr. Xu will also present an opportunity to participate in a project “Intergenerational Reminiscence between Grandparent and Grandchild for Asian American Families”. Grandchild and grandparent will be paid $110 (or $120 if participating post study interview) in the form of gift cards for their participation. This seminar will be in Chinese with a hybrid mode (both in-person and online).
