The Chinese New Year Celebration at the DFW China Town Shopping Center will begin at 10:00am on Saturday, January 25, 2020. At noon, there will be Dragon and Lion Dance performances.

達福中國城歡天喜地過新年
李察遜市達福中國城與達拉斯華人活動中心於1月25日聯合舉辦慶祝新年活動，許多民眾及遊客大人小孩，特前來感受一下中國春節的歡樂氣氛。
中國城走廊上裝飾滿滿的燈籠及彩球，有著過年喜氣洋洋的味道。中午中國城外場有邀請王國強武術團演出精彩舞龍舞獅表演，華人活動中心CYC義工小朋友裝扮財神、楊貴妃，宋仕女歷代民俗服裝發紅包以及教小朋友剪春字、摺紙等活動，一起與商家、美國人士歡渡新年。
達福中國城特別邀請李察遜市府政現任市長Paul Voelker、市議員Bob Dubey前來與民眾歡度新春活動，向民眾賀年。
DFW Chinatwon and DCCC hosted a Chinese New Year Celebration on Jan. 25 for local Chinese and Americans to enjoy and experience the happiness of Chinese New Year.
Outside, we had Dragon and Lion Dance performances and Chinese costume show by CYC volunteers with clothing from various Chinese dynasties. Inside, we had booths for kids’ crafts and red envelopes for attendees.
Special thanks to City of Richardson Mayor Paul Voelker and City of Richardson Council Member Bob Dubey for coming to the event.
