Let children learn about Chinese culture in a fun and relaxing environment. The camp will be taught in English with the topics of Origami, Martial Art and Handicraft. The age group will be 7 to 11 years old and the cost of sign-up fee will be $30 per person (lunch included). Spaces will be limited to 25 persons so please register ASAP.

Prize: 1st Place, $500, 2nd Place, $300, 3rd Place, $100 (the top 2 will have a chance to earn another $500 by participating in the singing competition at our September 14 Gala)
The competition is open to everyone. The contestants need to prepare two songs and bring the CDs (one for the preliminary, and the other for the final). The songs cannot be the same.

Dallas Chinese Community Center is working with Asian American Cancer Care Services to provide information and sign-up opportunity on the following services: free Mammograms and financial assistance for Pap smear.
To be qualified for free Mammograms supported by Asian Breast Health Outreach, patients have to be Asian American women, age 40 and above, with limited family income (*monthly income under $2024 for a single woman), with no health insurance and residents of Dallas county. All free Mammogram will be scheduled at Methodist Richardson Medical Center.
To be qualified for financial assistance for Pap smear, patients have to be Asian American women, age 18 and above, with limited family income (*monthly income under $2024 for a single woman) and with no health insurance. We will provide $100 on helping to get the Pap smear done.
Provision of services is based on funding availability. Please contact us if you or someone you know are interested.
